1958 Facel - Vega VIN#FVSNY 270 Note The tag on the fame has the same number as engine.
Chrysler Hemi Engine (392) #D 048 / AC 072 This car has been in storage for 25+ years. At one time the car was running and driven. Currently the interior has been removed from the car. but we believe most if not all of the interior pieces are included. see photo's. At some point the Intake Manifold was removed and is currently in place on the engine with the factory carbs.
The factory air cleaners are gone.
The original radiator is included. but not in the pictures.
The car does not have the original transmission. It was replaced with a 4 speed Munice.
We are not sure that the mileage is correct because the odometer is not working.
With the exception of the transmission the drive train looks to be original. The Steering and Suspension all appear to be original. The car is missing the Front Bumper. The Rear Bumper has been polished. We did not find all of the "Facel Vega" Letters for the Front and Rear of the Car. The Windshield is cracked. all other glass is in good condition. It appears the car has had some body repair done in the past. There are signs of stress cracks in the paint on both Front Fenders and Hood. The underside of the car is rusty from storage. but we did not see any areas where Rust repair is required. Please review all of the photos. The Car can be picked-up in St. Louis County. O. 63123. This vehicle is being sold as " Estate Sale George "Dutch" Fuchs". Vehicle is not available for inspection. A $2000. 00 Paypal Deposit is required within 24 hours of sale to hold vehicle.
