1974 Volkswagen chassis. Hummbug fiberglass kit built by the Wombat Car Company. custom designed steel-framed fiberglass body kit that fits on a full length classic VW Beetle Chassis. Chassis fully rebuilt including brakes. hoses. lines. master cylinder. new pans (floorboards) and Rhino Lined.
Body is in great condition and has nice shine.
No cracks in fiberglass and absolutely no rust. Fully Padded roll bars. 1. 00 Dual port engine. new carb. wiring. coil and distributor and converted to alternator. Transmission shifts properly.
Due to the large tires. you seldom need 4 th gear. Custom Engine Cover. Chrome Luggage Rack. Custom Big Foot Brake. Throttle and Clutch peddles that provide more room between peddles. New seats and sliders.
Water resistant stereo and speakers. New tires and wheels All lights work properly including fuel gauge and speedo. New battery.
Wired for towing behind an RV. Very good condition and ready to enjoy for the summer. 1 st Place Winner at East Texas VW Show - nice trophy included. Mounting points for rear seat belts.
Rear seat and seat belts not included.

Several years ago Hummer forced them to redesign the front grill to the current design. but the original Hummbug grill is much more desirable. especially in this good of condition.
