This Morris eight is a lovely example of a very popular vintage car. this particular example is ideal for the coming show season. It was purchased as a barn find in 2000 by the previous owner from its first keeper. It was then lovingly restored including engine rebuild (unleaded conversion). Rewire. reupholster and paint in its Burgundy over Black colour scheme. Mechanically the car is very good the engine runs well and its transmission changes through gears as it should with no adverse noise. The Eight's brakes also pull the car up well making for an overall good drive.
The cars Burgundy and black looks fantastic and certainly turns heads where ever we have been with the car. It's bodywork does not have any rust or rot neither does the underside.
The interior of the car has been retrimmed in the past the Red leather seats are all in good condition with no rips or tears. the red carpet is also in good condition. The headlining is as it should be with no stainage or tears overall the interior compliments the car very well.
Some History comes with the car including old photographs. receipts and logbooks etc.
As always we would suggest potential owners view the car at our Halifax showroom any inspection of the Morris is welcomed and encouraged.
The car will be serviced aswell as Waxoyled before leaving and will be offered with a 3 Month limited Warranty.
The car can be transported nationally at a pre agreed rate.
