1992 VAUXHALL A STRA GTE
A rare opportunity to acquire an appreciating classic! 1992 J registered Vauxhall Astra GTE 2. 0 i. finished in techno violet with anthracite velour interior.
offered for sale in impeccable condition having spent the majority of its pampered life in southern Spain from new up until 2010 when it was returned to England and passed ownership to an enthusiast owner. Seldom found with such extremely low miles!
CHASSIS In excellent condition. very solid with no signs of rust or accident damage repair. the underneath has been under sealed and is in excellent shape. it has never had or need any welding. BODYWORK The car is wearing its original coat of paint which is in fantastic condition having been garaged throughout the majority of its life. the only imperfection is in the form of some very minor age related marks to the lacquer of the paint on the n/s rear quarter panel.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION As you would expect having covered so little miles and maintained so well. the engine runs superb and doesn't leak any oil. fires up first time. every time with no knocks rattles or smoke. the engine oil is as clean as you would find in a new sealed container! the gearbox is sharp with no rattles or whines. his car drives without any issues whatsoever!
INTERIOR GTE specification which benefits from sports seats. electric front windows & door mirrors and the all important LCD digital dash! all once again in fantastic time warp condition. there is no wear on the seats. carpets or pedals. the gear knob and steering wheel have no wear and still retain the textured grip as they left the factory!
ELECTRICS All fully functioning including rear heated screen no faults whatsoever. car retains its original factory equipment radio cassette player!
HOOD Electric powered hood in great shape with original tonneau cover
SUMMARY A superb ready to show example of a rare sight on the UK roads. quite possibly the lowest mileage Astra GTE out there? offered with an abundance of history paperwork including ownership and service records along with owners manuals including radio key card and 2 original keys
