Seller's notes: This vehicle has approx 60,000 miles. It is a classic, very rare in average shape. The pics look amazing but up close needs TLC on body and and interior restore . It runs amazing as I spent $10,000 in rebuild. Also all new brake pads and parts etc. The speedo cable broke recently, speedo shows 58000 mile??. Only 5000 miles on rebuild. The floor pans were all redone two years ago, so no rust on floor ! This car has been pure joy to own , I bought it in 2003.Description: 1968 Peugeot 204 Cabriolet The Peugeot 204 is a small family car produced in French between 1965 and 1976. The 204, known in development as Project D12, was available in many body styles including a sedan, convertible, coupe, wagon, and a van. It was launched in Paris, France on April 23, 1965 and became the best-selling car in France from 1969 to 1971. The 204 engines were aluminum and transversely mounted which increased passenger space.

Car is in average condition. All floor pan rust was cut out and replaced with new metal. ($2000. 00 repair)Needs new top. which can be purchased in the USA for under 500. 00 at a MG Classic.

Brand new front tires. but will need new rear tires soon.

The paint is 20 years old and has scrapes from someone KEYING it.

Motor runs perfect.

emotor was rebuilt 6 years ago with approx 5000 miles on the rebuild. Have most of my receipts.
