Welcome to the auction for this lovely '64 Renault Dauphine
Overall its in a really nice condition. well looked after and with tax and test.
The engine is very sweet. it runs like new. The bottom radiator hose needs replacing; it doesn't leak but it would be unsafe to go off for an afternoons drive in it as its seen better days. The brakes will slow you down to a stop but you will have to grit your teeth in doing so. They need looking at. The wipers do not work so it would be best to trailer it away.  
The paintwork is very good. its just got some bubbling on the n/s wing top edge and a rust patch on the bumper as pictured.  
The car has quite a history behind it. It was Imported from southern Ireland and tested last year to play in two films. A formula 1 film called "The Rush" which comes out at the end of this year. (should be a good watch anyway) and another called The Two Faces Of January. Apart from that the car has not turned a wheel.  
Its still got the "town horn" and "country horn" which are in working order.  
Remember the usual ebay rules.  Viewings are more than welcome but if you win the auction and come ready to kick tyres you will be sent packing.
