This is a very rare 1 of only 489 made 1978 Trans Am Special Edition. It has the Y 82 Special Edition option with 400 Pontiac motor. 4 speed transmission with Hurst shifter. and Hurst t-tops. It has the WS 6 special performance package. Some of the special things are WC coded motor. German style graphics. Gold grille bezel. Gold emblems. insulated fuel line. 15" X 8" Gold snowflake wheels. P 225/70 R 15 door code. Gold dash insert. and Gold steering wheel. It has the original space saver spare. jack. and the bag for the t-tops. It has the original paint and interior. The motor will run and the clutch slips. but it comes with a new GM clutch disc. pressure plate. and bearing. The body in in great shape with NO rust. The car comes with the original Florida title in the original owners name and a copy of the window sticker. It was built in January 1978. It is a very complete car. but it has 1977 grille inserts.
