Seller's notes: "The vehicle was painted BMW Hellrot red in 2008. The r/f fender & front bumper were re-painted in 2012 after a minor accident. The front bumper has been repaired on the right side inner before being repainted. there are small paint chips on the hood and right door. 2 small spots of surface rust on the front roof area on the left & right side in the drip channel. Minor rust by both of the rear hatch hinges. paint chips on the hood & right front door. tires have DOT 2004 and are dry rotted. The LSD in the transmission makes noise on a cold start with the wheels turned until the vehicle is driven and fluid moves inside the transmission. Vehicle was tuned for 8 lbs of boost and 93 octane in 2010. I recommend having the vehicle re-tuned by a reputable dyno shop to ensure proper fuel management to prevent engine damage. The speedometer reads fast but the odometer seems to work properly. the instrument cluster or speedometer cable may need to be replaced. Test pipe in the exhaust, no cat."

I have owned this Civic since 1999. I am a BMW master mechanic for 14 years. All work done by myself and co-workers. I started the JDM conversion in 2001 when the parts were still available. I rebuilt the engine in 2010 with top of the line parts. less than 10. 0 miles since re-build. Pauter x-beam rods. JE pistons. cometic gaskets. ARP head studs. block guard. all Honda rod bearings. cylinder head was shaved and valve job done. no expense spared. The intake & turbo manifold were port matched to the head. Big BBK throttle body. LSD was installed in the ZC transmission when the engine was rebuilt. Greddy turbo kit and intercooler from 92-95 civic. There are so many rare parts on this hatch. The car has been parked in a warehouse for 2 years. I have gone through the vehicle and adjusted the valves and changed the fluids. Runs and drives great. This is one clean 25 year old EF hatchback. There is just too much to list.
