A 1968 Triumph TR 250 Roadster. Red with a black interior and wire wheels. Showing 79. 00 miles on the odometer. The car has been off the road and undriven for over ten years.

A very straight body and solid frame but it does have rust on the sills (both sides) and the trunk area. The rear bumper is missing. The interior is all there and in usable condition. including the softtop. The dash has some hairline cracks on the clear coat.

The motor turns over freely by hand.

An excellent original car needing restoration.

“The Triumph TR 250 was built between 1967 and 1968 for 15 months by the Triumph Motor Company in the United Kingdom. during which time 8. 80[1] cars were built. all of which were for the American market. Many can now be found outside the United States. primarily in Europe. Approximately 600 remain worldwide today. The TR 250 was mechanically similar to the follow-on TR 5 except for the fuel delivery system. The TR 250 sported a new Independent Rear Suspension system. retained in the TR 5. but it did not have the TR 5's fuel injection system. Instead. the TR 250 was fitted with twin Zenith-Stromberg carburettors. The TR 250's straight-six engine delivered 111 bhp (81 k W). 39 bhp less than the TR 5. The reasons for this difference came down to price pressures of the American market. and tighter emissions regulations. ”
