British Green 1979 MG MGB Convertible North Texas Barn Find Project.

I spoke with the owner of this car and after a week went to go look at it.

I was told this is an all North Texas car after inspection. I beleive it. one of the most solid MGs I have ever come across that wasnt a full restored car.

from what I was toldl this car was running and driving years ago and the owner decided that he was going to resdo the car and start with the engine.

He had the engine rebuilt and after driving it he said maybe less then 400 miles the engine had a internal falure his disapointment lead to pulling the engine apart to find and fix the probelm. but never finished the work.

The car has been in storage and honestly I decided to purchase the car to get it out of storage for someone to enjoy.

The car is super solid and if you know MG's you know that is rare.

This would make a great project having a great color. Clear matching Texas title and would be a good car for a metal bumper conversion.
