This is a 1981 TR-8 Convertible in exceptional condition. odometer currently showing 48. 00 KM (=29. 00 miles) original. Two owner car. current owner for over 10 years. Originally sold new in Vancouver BC to the Jaguar/Triumph Dealer (MCL Motors). Car is still registered and located in Vancouver B. C.
One of the cleanest examples that you'll ever find. still on the road today.
Over the years whatever upkeep its needed its received correct parts. the factory dual exhaust was replaced with a full Stainless Steel exhaust from England. Pirelli P 400 Tires have about 500 miles on them. so as new. The spare still has the original Goodyear Grand Prix tire on it.
Factory Fuel Injected Model. 3. 5 L V 8 engine. originally designed by General Motors. so easy to service. Also has a 5 speed Manual Transmission. Original Triumph AM/FM Cassette Deck doesn't get great reception. but does work. Very original car. even even has items like the Dark Blue factory convertible roof is still on it. and the factory electronic ignition. The car is always garage kept.
