Here we have for sale. ‘Molly'. my stunning 2 door Morris Minor saloon. Registered 1st August 1969. It has benefited from a total of 4 careful owners. Showing 59. 00 miles. it is believed to be genuine. based on information from the previous owner (not warranted). I have owned this car since June 2011 and what a privilege! The previous owner. a retired engineer. had the car for 7 years. during which time it was subject to a bare metal restoration. professionally resprayed in 2 pack almond green with old English white roof and fully rebuilt with mostly new parts. There is a bulging history file that accompanies the car. The engine was rebuilt and a reconditioned radiator fitted. The car has only been dry driven since restoration and it shows.

The interior is pristine and a very nice place to be. with pale green seats and a quality dark green carpet set. In my ownership. the car has been serviced annually by Automobilia UK and several weeks ago had new water hoses fitted during its service and MOT. I have had a retro metal sunvisor manufactured and sprayed to match the roof and fitted a green leather steering wheel glove. The car also has 3 rear seatbelts fitted.

I have just fitted a towbar for taking the matching vintage camping trailer to shows. The trailer is sound. with greased bearings. new lighting board. vinyl cover and good tyres. The wheels are fitted with original Mini trims which complement those of ‘Molly'.

Underneath. the car is in good condition with a good treatment of underseal. The car starts on the first turn of the key everytime and really is a pleasure to drive with a smooth gear change and good brakes. Much of the chromework has been replaced – rear bumper. over riders all round. together with rear lamp plinths.

Please note that the grille badges are not included but the matching roofrack will be if asking price is achieved. (These are a little like Marmite – I like it!).

So. to sum up. this must be one of the nicest moggie saloons currently for sale and I am only parting with it as I fancy a change. It never fails to attract positive comments and interest and is a pleasure to own!
