Supplied new to a Mr Peter Beckett on the 1 st of September 1975 for the princely sum of £1940. 61. He had a part ex . 1966 Morris Oxford which he got £164. 61 for! This lovely Saab 96 V 4 comes with the original purchase invoice. ervice and warrant card not to mentioned the wad of original dealer maintenance bills and service receipts and mots! 2 weeks after delivery he paid the supplying dealer £51. 84 to have the vehicle rust proofed with Dinitrol (receipt available) and that £52 was one of the best things that could have been done to this car and has clearly been a major reason for the excellent condition she is in today. There is no rot and the panels and paint are in really lovely condition. She has just been serviced and drives very well and of course attracts lots of attention (when did you last see one on the road?). Presented in her original colour of Silver with a lovely Orange interior (may not be original but correct for the car) this car represents excellent value for money. There are no advisories on the MOT and my mechanic has just checked her over prior to the oil and coolant change. I have driven a few hundred miles in this car and she performs faultlessly.
