This listing is for a 1963 Meyers Manx Style Dune Buggy!!!
This is a HARD TO FIND DREAM CAR!
In 2002. this car had a ground-up restoration and in 2006 a new 1776 cc Dual Carb motor was installed (with approx. 1700 miles on the new engine to date)!
Safety upgrades include an all-steel full roll-bar and 3-point harnesses on both driver and passenger seats. The 2 passenger back seat can be converted into a diamond tuck leather locking storage area.
Engine add-ons include stinger and stock muffler package. Back wheels are slot mag 50 s. Front wheels are slot mag 60 s.
Also included are a white vinyl top and custom fitted car cover (which is designed to fit over the stinger). This car has a 12-volt system and is CB ready!
This is a true head-turner and the ultimate boy toy! It runs very strong and very fast!
Verbal appraisals have been in the high-$15. 00's!
The only issue with this car is that it can pop out of 4 th gear at 60 mph unless you hold the stick down. This is an easy fix for the new owner!
The car has recently had a new clutch. new brakes. new electric fuel pump. new starter and full tune-up including valve adjustment.
