Here for sale is Penelope my much loved 1972 Beetle.

Tax exempt. Cheap Insurance (Mine was less than £100 this year).

Last years MOT showed no advisories at all.

She is 1200 CC and in exceptional condition. She has accomplished 155000 miles.

While with me she has had regular use being stored in a dry garage. Last year the engine was taken out and overhauled/refreshed with new seals. push rod tubes. plugs and points etc. All the regular rust spots have been taken care of and as she stands Penelope is a very solid bug.

She has been used as a daily driver commuting to and from work and could be again.

Paintwork is very good all round. She turns a head or two when out and about.

I have used her for my daughters Prom and a friends party could make a lovely wedding or special occasions car.

All in all Penelope is beautiful example. a pleasure to drive and will be loved by any new owner.
