Classic Vw Beetle 1977 Black with MOT an Tax


For sale is my beloved VW beetle. It isavery good runner and starts from first time. Attention while driving is guaranteed. Loads of thumbs ups and smiles.

Here is a list if the main jobs which have been done: 

 New white wall tyres 
 New Bosch battery (warranty till 12/2016)                                                                                                                                                                       Refurbished and powder coated wheels 
 Front disc brake conversion 
 Engine service with many new parts 
 Custom dash. door cards and glove box 
 Parcel shelf with 2 9x6 high quality speakers 
 CD player under rear seat (holds 5 cd's) 
 New single side exhaust - quite loud (the good sort of loud) 
 Lowered front with drop spindles 
 New gearbox gators 
 New fuel tank 
 £500 worth of welding 

It's difficult to let it go but I can no longer afford to own a car. There is around 81. 00 on the clock and I use her most days for short journeys (never used for work). It's taxed for two months and MOT'd until May 2014.  

As the car is 36 years old you can imagine it isn't in pristine condition. There are a few small rust bubbles and dents on the body but nothing major.

Now for the bad points: 

Drivers side window not winding (easily fixable) 
Car was once orange so you can see some tiny flecks of orange paint in places

 

Starts first time but sometimes smokes a little on cold days for a few seconds

Spare wheel different to four on the car

There are a few small rust patches on the body (the largest being next to the rear passenger window and about 3'' in diameter)
