THE 'THINKING' MANS VERSION OF THE M5 - A CLEVER INVESTMENT !

E34 BMW 535I SE HARTGE H5 !!!  

 In absolutely fantastic condition. drives superb thanks to its very low mileage of only 65. 35 miles - I have ALL the MOT's & I have the FULL SERVICE HISTORY !!!

This is a very rare car. as only a handful were built. It has the full Hartge tuned engine. modified cylinder head & ecu etc. etc. full suspension conversion & 8J x 17" wheels along with the body kit. this car is not just a L@@Kalike - it's the real deal !!!

It was painted around a year ago - due to the usual 'pinking' paint fade problem on red BMW's !!! It has a freshish set of Michelin Pilot Sport 235/45 ZR 17's fitted at over £600 !. a complete new bespoke stainless steel exhaust system ( EXACT copy of original Hartge mild steel system. which was cut open to make certain it was made the same. very expensive at well over £1000 plus ) and has all the factory options - on board computer. full black leather interior. air conditioning ( that works ! ) electric windows & sunroof etc. etc.

It now has a G-3 Glasscoat ( ceramic hardened glass finish ) applied by Mint Car Enhancements (Nottingham) which has a 5 year guarantee - means easy clean & no more paint fade !!!

For those that don't know - the BMW E34 is well known to be the best. most reliable. sweetest handling & most rewarding to drive modern BMW - no VANOS. no over-computered troublesome electronics that always go wrong and none of those silly driver aid/car control gizmos to help those that can't drive. pretend they can !!! A true drivers classic BMW - but with more than enough power to 'keep up' with todays soul-less rubbish - when they're working. hehehe !

 I decided to service the car ( what. again !!! ) and flushed the engine oil. fitted a new oil filter and topped up with Kendall Titanium 10/40 semi-synthetic oil - the best oil in my opinion. new air filter. NGK spark plugs. new distributor cap & rotor arm fitted ( the carbon plunger in the cap L@@KED worn ) and I didn't like a squealing belt - so I re-newed all of them ( alternator. PAS pump & air con ) just to be sure. Then I heard another 'noise' - on further investigation the water pump was making a sound - no choice there but to re-new. so a brand new water pump has just been fitted ( E34 535 known problem. now solved !!! ) and the ONLY thing I haven't done to the car that would need doing is re-furb the alloys - thats about it !!!

Serviced & checked over - just in case I decide to use the car or to be certain she's ready to go to a new home.

  I have the Service Booklet - which has the service history fully stamped up along with the Owners Handbook !!!

This car is an absolute gift - for those in the 'know' !!! Just watch these HARTGE values rocket.

But. when you do find your 200. 00 plus miles ( when the clocks turning the right way !!! ) M5 thats a worn out. tired & abused track day hack - just waiting to eat into your finances. remember this - there were thousands of E34 M5's built. yet only a handful of E34 H5's hand-built. and this ones had an easy life with very little careful use along with a full service history with all MOT's in its favour ! If I was the type that hung around horsemeat take-away joints ( Mc? ) all night long wetting myself everytime some exhaust-scraping euro-box with black windows & a dustbin sized bass speaker drive around the car park trying to impress schoolgirls sucking on their thick shakes only to hide when the parents turn up. I'd at least do some research into whatever unusual. special or rare car I was interested in BEFORE I contacted the seller - simples !!! I know a good car - period.
