1943 Dodge WC54 US Army Ambulance Survivor from Norway! for sale

Current customer rating: current rating for this car(2.5) based on 745 votes
This 1943 Dodge WC54 ambulance is a WW2 survivor that was left in Europe following the war and actually used in Norwegian Army service until the early 90's. It was brought back to it's place of birth in the USA and currently has a clear Kansas title. The WC54 is a late war version and appears to never had a spotlight or map table under the glove box. I have restored the outside with he paint. US Army markings. have replaced the rear door glass and rubber. There is a crack in one of the vent windows. There is the correct pioneer tool kit on the side. It is extremely complete with the parts often missing from these vehicles. The interior is unrestored with the exception of the seats which were recovered in the same material that was on them (they are the later war combat style seats). It was depot rebuilt according to the data tags in Germany in 1953. The data tags are all in Norwegian. I have a complete set of new data plates in English which will go with the ambulance. The rear has the correct bench seats. etc and there are army stretchers included. The fire extinguisher is still there. The tires are in very good shape and also Norwegian marked. I have a set of used US tires that I will give to the buyer as well. I even have a set of Dodge manuals in Norwegian. There was originally a European siren mounted on it when I got it. It's now removed and I have a restored large 6V military US siren that will go with the Dodge.  It runs stops and starts well and I've replaced the battery in the last 6 months. I can and I will ship WORLDWIDE. Look at my PERFECT FEEDBACK since 1999 and bid with confidence. Thanks

Is your WC54 still for sale? If so, do you have any interior photos available? I am most interested in seeing how complete the interior is, including seats and the front compartment, and the details in the rear (benches, brackets, hooks, storage boxes, stretchers, etc.). Thanks from John in Minneapolis
