1947 Armstrong Siddley Hurricane Drop Head Tourer for sale

This RARE Armstrong Siddley Hurricane Drophead Coupe is in amazing original condition.
It is a three position dropheadconvertible and seats 5 people.
a very very quiet 6 cylinder 2. 3 straight six cylinder motor attached to a four speed manual transmission -floor shift.
The body is very solid with NO door sag.
The Armstrong has massive brass hinges-overkill- to make it even stronger. The top appears to be original (and fragile) as well as the headliner.
The black paint is cracked in my places and usable as is or can be stripped and refinished.
The original leather is in amazing condition and in my opinion should NOT be replaced.
The wood was refinished many years ago and still looks good.
A hole in the dash must have been for a radio.
The car belonged to a friend of mine the last 12 years and he can no longer care for it.
He did have the rear fender skirts made and they look quite nice on the car.

NEW PICTURES show dash top wooden trim with mirror attached -- laying on blue tarp.
trunk open with fender splash guards. glove box liner in great original condition. sun visors - need to be recovered. misc. parts. original tool kit (very cool) Spare tire compartment with spare tire.
Opens out and the bumper also unlatches and folds down to remove tire.
Massive door hinge allow shown.
