For sale is this 1926 Armstrong Siddeley 95 yr old vehicle.
Rare odd vehicle.
Been in the family and stored since the seventies, with some history including purchase from west country motor auctions ltd.
Car looks to be complete, with suitcases which could be better condition but are there.
All original Interior, headlining, dashboard & steering wheel
Vehicle manual and bonnet mascot for Armstrong Siddeley.
I have recent invoice for over £1000 to have the engine running, this includes Spark plugs, Ignition leads, fuel filter, engine oil
and most expensive part, reconditioned Magneto.
The engine runs with external fuel tank, as original tank was advised full of debris/rust.
Car battery not included.
Original number plate has been removed, value far outweighed the value of vehicle. This may put some people off which I understand, but the way it is.
But good project here for someone, as looks to be complete. The car is 95 yrs old and considering its not bad condition. Would make great wedding vehicle etc.. or just labour of love.
V 5 C Logbook present, MOT exempt, TAX exempt.
Will not disclose reserve price, hard vehicle to value so it may be what I consider to be high, please if serious bid or make offer it will be considered but don't expect a decision straight away.
