1980 Volvo Bertone coupe 262C manual trans - rare

This is a Volvo 262 Crown Coupe. It was to be the flagship for Volvo in the late 70's. The car was designed in Sweden based on the 260/240 chassis and equipped with the V 6 PRV engine. Once built it was railed to the Bertone factory in Italy where it would be finished with custom interior and lowered roof line. Even to this day this vehicle is a head turner. I bought this vehicle in 1994 from the original owner. The car was originally sold in Santa Rosa. California. When I found the vehicle it was not running but was in excellent condition and never involved in any accidents. It was to be a project that I would get around to someday that never happened. I did get the car running and drove it around a bit (maybe less than a 1000 miles) and then parked it. This vehicle has the 4 speed manual M 46 trans with overdrive. There is a little rust at the roof line where the moulding's are located. There is no other damage other than needing a paint job to the body. No rust under vehicle.
This would make a great candidate for a restoration or just get it running and drive it. Title in hand. Mileage is low and correct.
