1958 Heinkel cabin cruiser. this is a genuine timewarp find. it was discovered in a lock up garage in chester upon the death of its owner in 1995 alongside a francis barnet motorcycle. it had lain untouched since 1971 !!

The car was carefully removed and found to be in remarkable original condition. it has never been welded nor does it need any. 21. 00 mls recorded by its one owner from new.

The local paper ran a story about the cars discovery. a copy of which is included in the history file

When the car was discovered it was as if time had stood still since 1971. the garage was stuffed with various old oil cans. pictures. tin plate cars etc etc. the car was acquired as a museum exhibit in Chester and it was decided to also remove the garage which had been its home for all those years and display it as found. it is still complete with the garage and its contents and will be sold with the car.

We have cleaned the tank and fuel lines and the car immediately burst into life. it would be a shame to restore it in my opinion as it would lose all its originality.

The winning bidder will have to apply to dvla for the v5. the number is original and can be retained on the car. the history file consists of some old tax discs. correspondence from dvla about registering the car and copies of the newspaper article.

A very rare and interesting find and sure to cause a lot of interest at any show it attended if it was returned to the road. nbsp;altenatively it could once again make an interesting museum exhibit.

Can deliver at extra cost

Winning bidder must pay £500 deposit at the end of the auction
