1985 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible Very nice White on white for sale

This Cadillac convertible was my mother in laws it was not driven a whole lot it is in very nice condition. I drove it a little here is what I have found on it.
The radio will work but needs to be shaken must have a loose connection.
The service engine light will come on and go off there is nothing leaking on it and I know she took really good care of it and spent thousands on maintaining it I have all receipts.
but she never drove it over 5 miles from her house.
So I think it really needs to be driven. The mileage is 29. xx it is registered as 129000 but I know she did not put 10000 miles on it in the 15-20 years she owned it I had a Cadillac guy look at this and he swears that this is the original mileage and engine he would have gladly bought it but we tried to redo the title at the state office but they would not do it.
All the receipts have
the original mileage not 100000 +.
The worse thing about it is the only way to get the convertible top down is in the trunk.
I looked all over for the switch and relay for this and I cannot find it. (if someone knows where to get these please let me know thanks so much)
It needs the dash switch and trunk relay. I touched the wires in the trunk together to get it down and back up and it works perfect.
The seats are excellent. The sunvisors need to be tightened they keep folding
down.
On the door panels on both sides there are cracks and by the license plate the plastic is broken.
Other than that this car is beautiful. The top is burgundy and I do have the boot it is like new and also burgundy.
