You are looking at a 1989 Good looking Volvo 240 DL. This car has 133. 52 miles on it. and still has life left in it.

. A copy of the clean Carfax is included in this listing for your viewing. This car is from a rural town in PA. we like getting these as they have a yearly inspection. this one has a valid PA Inspection until 04/2014. So if you're from PA this one can go right on the road. This vehicle is considered Historic in the State of MD. These cars were built to last. they are super strong. this car is not of inferior quality. I have a friend that has well over 500 k on his car and it is still a strong runner. they do not make them like these anymore. The Volvo 240 was Volvo's best selling car from 1975- 1982. The volvo 200 series produced by volvo from 1974 to 1993 with more than 2. 8 units sold world wide.

The exterior is in good shape. there are minor flaws but overall puts up a great appearance. See pictures. drive it just like it is.

The tires have some life left in them. all fine. I have not seen any rust. the vehicle appears to be well maintained and garage kept. the red original paint is beautiful and still in tact for its age and shows great. all the doors open and close the way they should. the timing belt and serpentine belt appears to be new. I did not see any rust at all underneath the vehicle. PLEASE REFER TO VIDEO.

The interior is clean and comfortable. the seats has no rips. tears or offensive odors and still shows great. See pictures. Very Nice. The AC blows. but it may need a recharge. . all the powered windows works. the turn signals and wipers. the headliner looks almost new. the manuals are present. comes with 2 keys. to activate power locks turn key on driver's side and it locks all doors. The glove compartment lock mechanism would need to be replaced as it does not close or lock.

The 2. 3 L 4 CYL automatic engine starts right up. has power and is very responsive. there are no check engine lights or maintenance light on . everything sounds as it should on startup and idle. it took turns well. the brake pads have a lot of life left Please refer to my video. The Automatic transmission shifts smoothly. it will drive you home wherever you need to drive. Bid early to show interest. Despite its non-sporting image the Volvo 240 was a successful competitor in touring car racing in the 1980 s. It is also one of the most reliable cars ever built. that is why we still see many of them on the road today.
