2017 – Engine service, four new tyres, new dynamo, new control box.
2021 – Bodywork restored with photographic evidence. The paint work had become tired since 1996, no rot in the panels, but tired. Previous paint removed to bare metal, two coats of etch primer and top coat in stunning Iris Blue.
My car is registered in 1963. It carries a GHN 3 chassis number and has the 3 bearing engine. At some point, it appears to have been re-shelled onto a later shell. It does not have the original ‘pull handle' doors and has reversing lights in the rear panel. I would guess the shell is dated to 1965 – 1967 as it is still the ‘narrow tunnel.' Either that or someone has replaced the doors and corresponding fixing points and rear panel, I'm not sure, hence guessing the re-shell. If you are looking for an original ‘pull handle' door car, this isn't for you.
The interior has black period leather seats piped in blue, matched with fresh black carpets. The steering wheel is a wooden rimmed, Mota Lita style upgrade.
U.K delivery available subject to cost.
