This is a superb example of a 1976 Triumph Stag Mk 2 Automatic with original 2997 Triumph V 8 engine. The car has had only 3 owners since new and is in excellent condition. both mechanically and bodily. She engine runs and starts exactly as it should and has no problems whatsoever. She has excellent oil pressure and does not overheat (antifreeze always used as specified by the manufacturer for the aluminium heads). Recent work includes > Fitting of all new nylon suspension bushes and steering arms etc(nb she is very clean underneath and can be inspected on a ramp if required). > Gearbox overhaul (new seals. pressure control valve. gaskets and fluid)by specialist. (nb original Borg -Warner 3 speed gearbox). > Original 2. 5 PI alloy wheels refurbished & lacquered (tyres off). >New exhaust & battery (starts every time - manual choke) Factory hard top repainted in original Pimento red due to scratches when stored- now in excellent condition New black mohair hood fitted.

The Stag is not advertised elsewhere and will be sold to the highest bidder once the reserve has been met.
