2 door Saab 900 with the 8 valve NA engine, 4 speed gearbox MOT until October 22 with no advisories
Car is in quite good nick for its age and is relatively low mileage, but certainly not been a garage queen. Since I got the car it's had a radiator replacement, including thermostat. Changed a couple of vacuum lines. Recently did a regular service on it, but haven't changed the spark plugs so they're included. Believe it had the clutch done about 90 k.
It has a Pioneer Bluetooth radio which I installed. Previous owner had a DAB radio, the antenna and mic for which are still in the car.
Desirable Ronal alloys, 2 new tyres.
She drives really well, turns over after 1 or 2 cranks on a warm day. Changes through gears easily, surprisingly easy to drive despite having no tacho. There appears to be no rust in the usual places under the car, but the bodywork needs work. It has loads of service stamps up to 107 k but not much detail. Before myself it only had 3 owners over 35 years, and has remained in the South West that whole time.
Headline is sagging. Paintwork is good from 10 feet but a number of small rust bubbles and old cover ups. The bottom of the doors has the usual rust but replacement panels are available. Door windows have some scrapes on them, suspect something to do with the rubbers. Boot seal around one of the rear lights needs sorting.
