Am selling a Ford 1937 believed to be based on a prefect or anglia , The kit is Speed 2 supplied in the late 1950's .The car has been in the family for around 35 years where it was parked in the garage and not moved till recently,With some fresh fuel in the tank and air in the tyres fresh oil spark plugs & points it started and drove with very little effort.The car was great condition prior to been put away so chassis suspension are in great condition howeverbody could do with been painted , theres no damage or rust anywhere due to being fibreglass, just age related paint The car starts on the button and it drives well, all the brakes clutch gears (3 speed) even electrics work as the should but would recommend once over before using it, The engine i believe is a 100 E as its stamped on the head, it sound great but has got a oil leak, not totally sure where itscoming from but think it's the sump gasket but have not had time to investigate it properly.The interior isn't very good so will need new seats and mats So to sum up i think its a fantastic opportunity for someone over the winter to turn this very easy project into somethingvery special and rare , the last one i see for sale was 25 k some 10 years ago so well worth investing in.I have the V 5 but haven't registered it as historic yet because wasn't planning driving it at this time, I also have the original Log book dating back to 1937 and has the date and stamp when it was converted
