For sale, my 1987 mk 2 golf.The car is running a 2 L engine with twin Webber's, uprated cams and many more, should be a photo with the engine mods above.The car is running airlift V 2, which works perfectly, however the screen has smashed so the numbers for the rear are unreadable. I believe you can buy just a new screen but don't quote me on this. The car has borbet Cs with brand new tires, less than 1000 miles. A lot of brown interior, have been told that it's Canadian spec?Also with the car are a large amount of parts such as brake pads, new entire bits, presses plates.For the asking price, a big brake kit, mk 3 rear beam and Koni sports suspension will also be included as I intended on making the car a fast road car rather than show.The main issues are that the carbs need tuning, I do have a guy who could do this if needed, equally, there can be smoke at high revs, but I haven't done any digging into this yet as haven't driven the car too much recently. There is a patch of rust on the rear valance, which I will get photo of.Other than that, the car has been amazing to me, it was a super fun summer car, it sounds amazing, it's unbelievably quick, but unfortunately I need space now so it needs to go.
