1958 Frog Eye Sprite
Austin Healey Sprite Mk 1
I t is 64 years old and has had 10 owners shown on current V 5 c document.
Re eng ine in 2009 with a 1275 cc engine together with front disc brakes.
The car has been dry stored for 9 years and is rust free. It is original apart from the upgrade of a rebuilt 1275 engine and disc brakes, in 2009.
Presently it is being fitted with a new clutch and thrust bearing and is quite definitely offered for sale as a runner.
Attatched pics show today's condition plus two fabric hoods (one new), spare wheel and jack, original hub caps, seats in very good shape and tonneau cover as fitted.
With it is a service history file with invoices and correspondence throughout the life of the car so far.
It is offered for sale in working order and as a genuine original all metal example that could be kept as is or brought to a concours condition with the usual effort and finances.
The car is in Petersfield Hants GU 32
It is driveable but would suggest trailer collection for any distance travel.
