The Classic Car Gallery is proud to offer this stunning 1966 Austin Healey 3000 Mk III. With same OWNER for the last 25 years. this car is in gorgeous restored condition. and she drives better then any Healey I have ever driven. The BRITISH RACING GREEN paint was done to a very high standard. and shows beautifully. with deep shine and great luster. The restored BLACK interior is. likewise. in excellent condition. The black seats show beautifully and the carpets are excellent as well. Great attention to detail was shown during the restoration. and the detail extends to the underside and engine compartment. All of the trim. lights. top and chrome show in as new condition. as do all of the bumpers and chrome trim on the car. The wood dashboard is near perfect. The 6-cylinder engine was just tuned. runs smoothly and has good power. Compression is excellent in all cylinders. The Chrome wire wheels are in near perfect condition. and are shod with new GOODYEAR EAGLE radial tires.

The driving experience of this car has been transformed by the installation of a modern SMITTYS CONVERSION TOYOTA 5-SPEED FULLY SYNCHROED TRANSMISSION (Toyota W 58 gearbox). HER ORIGINAL 4–SPEED TRANSMISSION comes with the car. and is in good working condition. including the overdrive. The improvement to the drivability of this car is dramatic. ranking this Healey as the best driving Healey we have ever driven. All electrical and mechanical systems work well. The top is like new. and the mechanism is well finished and works correctly.
