1964 VW splitscreen 15 window BrazilianI've decided to put it up for sale, as with a growing family we need a bigger camper. Large bill of receipts for over the last 3+ years of ownership. It's a straight bus, had the front panel recently resprayed. The rest isn't perfect but  I haven't got round to doing it. The door graphics can easily be removed they were added by me. It's fairly low but can be easily raised, does rub when full of camping gear and 4 people. 4" narrowed adjustable beam with adjustable front shocks.Recently fitted VW engine company 1600 engine with twin webber carbs. Straight axle conversion done with refurbished AB code beetle gearbox and adjustable spring plates.New starter motor with hard start relay fitted. Accelerator and clutch cables replaced. Mooneyes tachometer.Recently fitted rock n roll bed retrimmed along with the front bench seat.Safari windows with butty's seals fitted ( better quality )Bad points: Could do with the carbs being set up properly on a rolling road. Rear tinware needs replacing between the engine and the rear valance. Speedo needle broke off! Fitted a GPS Speedo that I just run using a portable USB battery charger. Does the job and more accurate. Fuel gauge doesn't read right. Paint work isn't perfect but it's priced to reflect that. Still polishes up well! Yes it's a Brazilian bus, but an early 1964 one so it has some nice features such as outward vents and flat rear arches. The interior isn't perfect but it matches the rest of the bus. I'm in no rush to sell so not interested in low ball offers. Will consider a t5 campervan with milage less than 150k in exchange.Cash or bank transfer on collection of vehicle, pick up only. It's also advertised elsewhere
