BMW M 3, Original E 30 series USA spec car. Unrestored low mileage candidate for your winter project. A real diamond in the rough if you can deal with some areas of rust. Body rust on passenger rear quarter windshield surround and sunroof and roof at the antenna mount- otherwise not bad. Passenger door has some parking dent damage and also the rocker below it. Drivetrain is good, rear wheel bearing passenger side is noisy- new replacement parts are in the car. Has been registered non-operational for a number of years but passed smog previously with no trouble- Will obtain a smog inspection this week. Window tint and aftermarket sound system installed.Mostly complete tool kit and original jack in trunk/ lid.205/50 r 16 Yokohama s-drive tires on BBS BMW wheels, spare is 205/55 R 15 Goodyear.Possible to inspect the car in Moss Beach, CA

Given the restoration work needed on this vehicle and that I am reluctantly needing to sell the car- I cannot determine the value in the present condition and so will just let the auction run to determine the value. This is a real auction , no reserve and had a low start price. I am happy to answer any questions or add additional photos or information.

I have most of the service records since 1996 and service book entries prior- the Auto Check report shows an anomalous mileage reading for the 12/01/2000 Emissions inspection. I assume this is an entry error as the mileage figures from the service records make sense through the life of the vehicle. I assume it was 38000 as the July '99 service mileage was 32469 and the July '01 reading was 39441. The records show a Dinan Chip and cam sprocket were added as well as regular maintenance and service.
