1976 BMW 2002 strong engine runs well driven here from Northern California last august. Licensed in Washington state as a vintage car with permanent period-correct plates. It's a bit of resto-mod: It's two-tone paint, it's got brushed aluminum door panels, but it's solid, road-worthy and a ton of fun to drive! [Note: Contrary to the VIN notification above, the VIN (2370633) was entered and is accurate. Ebay just doesn't recognize pre-1981.]

Replaced:
Hood Trunk Doors Front Fenders Front grill Interior carpets Driver & Passenger seats Door panels front & rear (w/ brushed aluminum) Added: Kooglewerks AirDam Added: Switched-power USB ports and Bluetooth speaker. New: radiator, battery & condenserThe good: Starts/Runs/Drives, All rust found has been dealt with, has 4 good tires and spare, sunroof works, lights & instrument panel works
The bad: Seats (from 1973) don't match, amateur paint job, no catalytic converter (not required on Washington cars of this vintage)
On Aug-31-21 at 20:56:54 PDT, seller added the following information:The car is over 45 years old and I am not the first owner. The odometer reading is reported as displayed on the dash in the car. Since it is only 5 digits in length, it seems likely that the odometer has rolled and the actual mileage of the car is greater than 12792, but what that number may be is unknow to me. I have no way of knowing one way or the other and have to go by the odometer reading as is shows. Thank you.
