My Riley RME tourer special 1954 1500 cc. Attracts huge attention wherever she goes, much more so than MGs or Morgans I have owned (same old, same old). 1930 s style motoring but with 1950 s engineering. Based on an RME (1.5 L) with body beyond saving the body was professionally rebuilt and new parts sourced. The engine was rebuilt, and running gear refurbed with new parts as necessary. Car is correctly registered with DVLA as a convertible on the V 5 c. No reserve above start price Comes with a large bundle of receipts along with photographs of the various stages of the work, and a feature in a Riley club magazine giving the history. Matching green leather upholstery and fitted carpets. Full length hood (no sidescreens). Also a tonneau cover. For really hot days the screen folds down and the aeroscreens are new. Badge bar was made specially to fit the contour of the grille. Riley badges on rad included. The car was last Motd (no advisories) in 2018, can be renewed if desired. New parts are readily available from the owners' clubs. I have cherished the car for nine years but have too many projects
