There comes a time when someone realizes that even though all the pieces are there. the project just will not come to be.

Enter my MK2 Scirocco.

The story.

The car was built by a well known "Scott". It was a NA high compression ITB car.

Motor was blown. car found a new owner.
Then the car found another new owner. me.

This car is complete and ready to be reassembled as a turbo car. minus a few SMALL odds and ends.

Here is the equiptment list.

Chassis
-MK2 Scirocco professionally setup (Was told 40k of chassis work. and it looks the part)
-Back half replaced with sheet aluminum with fuel cell
-Full Roll cage setup
-Wilwood 13 inch (I believe) brakes
-Complete sheet metal dash with autometer gauges. everything from fuel pressure to boost
-Wiring is partially painless. partially custom. Everything is on the switch panel. including turn signals.
-Nice set of ATS Planets with usable tires
-Coilovers. will check brand
-MOMO steering wheel (not pictured)
-All fuel lines are stainless braided
-Aeromotive return regulator with gauge
-Custom Be-Cool radiator set forward with twin flex-a-lite scirocco fans
-Battery moved behind driver
-Hood is slightly different color yellow. original hood was carbon fiber
-The bumpers are held on with quick-connect fittings for easy removal during races

Power
-2. 0L 16v bubble block and machine work (including ring gapping) done by Miller Engine
-JE-SRP coated 8. 5:1 dished pistons
-Stock rods (Never heard of problems using stock rods with even high boost)
-ARP studs on bottom end
-Raceware head studs
-EIP stage 4 ported head
-Stock cams
-Very nice oil pan with windage tray
-Turbonetics T3/T4 Turbo (needs seals. was going to go bigger)
-Top mount tube manifold
-$2900 in machine work alone.
-Block is clear coated with engine enamel.

Electronics
-Motec M4 computer
-Complete harness with all sensors. including 3 bar MAP needed for the turbo setup since original setup was N/A. No additional wiring needed. it's all there!
-Unorthodox underdrive pullies with crank trigger (These pullies should stay with the Motec setup)
-Modified Distributor
-MSD 6a box with coil
-HKS Boost controller
-HKS Sequential BOV
-Tune will get you running down the road

Transmission
-Fresh 9A. so clean you could eat off of it
-New sachs clutch and flywheel in box

What this car needs to be put back together.
-Seats
-Intercooler
-Injectors (Comp set up for 660cc)
-Manifold (Optional. stock can be used)
-Small odds and ends
-Tune

As you can see. this was not a low budget car.
I do not want to part the car out. but I have a feeling that things will go this way.
I know that I have left out a lot of other equiptment that goes with the car.
Please remember that this car was already built and finished. then pulled apart.

Here is how the car sits now. everything is there but pulled apart. minus seats and euro headlights (and a few other small items)

This is the engine which was intended to be put in the car. built for the turbo setup(See equiptment list below for details)

Clarifications;

1)The original owner of this car died. and I do not have the title.   I can put you in touch with the original owner's son. and there is a way to get the title.   I have a bill of sale.   The Vin number referenced above is not real.

2)This is a project car.    The pictures of the completed car above are what the car looked like BEFORE it was disassembled.

3)This car is being sold with all parts included. as a whole due to the effort of parting out.    If the vehicle does not sell. it will be parted.   Do not ask me ahead of time.

4) This car is being listed for a tiny fraction of what the parts would cost if I listed them seperatley. Do not email me $500 offers.

5) There are lots of parts not pictured.   (Fans. Momo Wheel. Gauges. fuel lines. etc. ) I could make 20 pages of pictures of parts.
