I got this rv camper a few years ago, it came from a impound lot. It runs and drives good, just drove it locally never any long trips. This is a super rare factory built rv.

It does fire right up, sounds good, runs good. Shifts goods, it is a 3 on the tree manual.

Has over head ac that works but truck/ motor has ac and no power steering.

Over all good inside and I've kept it under tarp Since I've owned it but it has had typical roof leaks around bath fan and vents.

Sleeps 4, two in bed in cab over area and two in table turns into bed area.

Cool usable, drive able hot rod or rat rod project. Really just looking to make room and get a little me money for a building so I'm not really looking for trades but may consider a few such as

Bricklin sv 1, Harley Bad Boy, notchback mustang, 1979 pace car or ? Chopped sled or rat rod Exterior Runs and drives good, usable project

Interior Ac, stove, sink works, ceiling has leaked, bath needs redone
