106338 miles car runs drives and shifts as it should w no issues.
Arizona car, bought it from owners wife as he passed away,(elderly couple)
i have gone through this car top to bottom as follows...
new rack and pinion
new axles and cv joints
trans mount and motor mounts
sway bar bushings
fluids and filters
all new belts and hoses
water pump
starter
tensioner idler pully
throttle position sensor
idle sensor
fuel temp sensor
plugs and wires
i just put a new battery in it as the old one was from 2018
exhaust
window motors
headlights
pioneer stereo blue tooth, usb, and remote,as well as c1 series 5 1/42 way car speakers and jl audio coaxal speaker.
new antenna, the original was broken and i used a stationary one not the factory electric antenna, you could replace it w a factory unit if you desired to.
front windshield and seal as well as tint
high speed fan switch and air sensor
have all receipts
tires are new as they were done in late 2018 and have hardly any miles on them.

car is straight no rust or accidents
paint is original and in very good presentable condition. has a small ding on top of rt front fender and a dimple on rt front fender lip towards rt door, nothing a paintless dent removal guy cant handle easily. some surface scratches, i have not buffed or waxed the car, once done most of the surface scratches im speaking of would be gone.the only issues i see are passenger door side view mirror has fading and bumpers could be re sprayed. also the glass of passenger side mirror was faded and i have a new n mirror glass for it, just have not put it in but i will before car goes. i also have the maxima script piece that goes on trunk lid(see pics).

the interior of the maxima is amazing for the fact its 34 years old, look at the pics!!! dash has no cracks,interior has no rips or tears, the rear seat head rests on top are faded and have wear from sun, thats it!! the drivers door handle bezel had a small crack in it and i could not find the factory nissan brownish color one, so i used a grey one(nobody notices it) and have the original w the crack.door panels are in very nice shape as is carpet. all lights and gauges work as they should, the only light on dash is windshield wiper fluid level as original plastic windshield washer fluid tank is cracked, it is missing a plastic cover on the driver side kick panel(see pic). the car talks to you to tell you door is ajar and other things,hi end 80s technology!

I RAN THE CAR FAX AND ITS CLEAN, at 100k miles the couple went to renew registration and the mileage was entered incorrectly, 200k when it was actually 100k, i researched this and it all checked out as the owners wife had told me. i encourage all that are interested to please come inspect it in person as you will not be disappointed in this maxima!

the car is sold as is where is w no warranty of any kind, neither written nor implied
there is a NON REFUNDABLE 500.00 deposit due at auctions end, and it means just that, so PLEASE have finances in order and get your permissions from whoever if thats the case PRIOR to bidding or making an offer as i expect buyer to finalize the transaction, cash or bank wire transfer are the only forms of payment accepted. car and title will not be released until all funds have cleared.
the car needs to be picked up by your shipper within 7 days of auctions end, if more time is needed that can be arranged PRIOR to you buying the car but i do not store vehicles as i just dont have the space.
