Rover mini cooper sport for sale

Classic mini from 1998 that underwent a complete exterior and subframe refurb in 2014. Car had been stored in a garage over winter since the refurb and kept consistently roadworthy. There is a small patch of rust breaking out just under the passenger headlamp (see picture). Recently had the radiator and heating matrix replaced and brand new windscreen. The car has had much more spent on its refurb than asking price. Viewing highly recommended, questions welcomed. Reluctant sale as I need a larger second car in the family.
