I have owned this example for a few months now having accepted it as part exchange on another vehicle. . I didn't set out to buy one of these. it sort of came my way and curiosity got the better of me. Having satisfied my curiosity on these vehicles now it is for sale

This vehicle is fitted with the Rolls Royce K 60 multifuel engine . meaning it can run on petrol or diesel ( or a combination of both) - so if you can buy contaminated fuel

from your local recovery company you can run this very cheaply. It starts and stops and the batteries charge. The gearbox seems to work well. as does the handbrake / steering system.

The trackpads are about half worn and some ( 2 ) of the rubber on the road wheels is split. The engine has done about 360 hours . and does smoke a little ( but that may be because its not been properly warmed up and the fuel in the tanks is stale).

One of the pictures

shows that the filter unit off the offside has been removed . this is purely so that it will fit in my shed ! I do have the filter units as well as the smoke tubes. Its an ex film start having been used in the first Captain America movie.

The exhaust is blowing inside the engine compartment and generally it needs plenty of TLC. It has the usual bent brackets. missing parts . rusty bits that you might expect from a 50 year old vehicle

It comes with its military history ( nothing exciting) and some manuals and a parts list. Its a good project vehicle and will sell for well below the £8 k price tag seen on better examples. Ideally looking to sell for about £5250.

Clearly its a labour of love project on tracks. and I know a lot of enthusiasts who would love to own this but don't have £5 k spare . I am open to quirky part exchange ideas.

after he managed to wreck his last weekend up one of the local country lanes. Kids eh. !

He wants a VW Lupo or similar small VW. I Will also consider de-acs in lieu of cash or interesting military vehicle P/X type ideas. No landrovers though please.
