1990 BMY Harsco. M 923 A 2 5-Ton. 6 x 6 Cargo Truck with a 14-foot dropside cargo body.
a Cummins 6 CTA 8. 3 6-cylinder turbo supercharged Diesel engine. Allison automatic 5 speed transmission with a two-speed transfer case and power steering.
Great condition 50" MICHELIN TIRES and new spare tire. Equipped with Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS) and soft top. Only 6. 00 miles!!! Also comes with 4 newer "square" military batteries. Govt issue First Aid Kit. Tool and Tire Changing Kit and 2 air hoses for compressor take off.
This is a rare low mileage. well preserved truck. maintained in the Nevada desert with minimal rust or corrosion in great shape and hardly used. A lot of Bang for the Buck! See pics.

Comments: "Not all 5 Tons are created equal. They vary widely in condition and drivability. For a 1990. this the cleanest stock military vehicle I have ever seen. Probably because it was re-conditioned. rust proofed and undercoated at the Ford Riley. KS Readiness facility in late 2008 and harbored in the dry Nevada desert environment. I have driven few of these vehicles and this one drives like brand new. It feels tight. holds the road very straight on the highway. 60-65 mph at 1800-2000 RPMs and goes thru the gears like a civilian vehicle from a stop light. It's obvious that this was not off-roaded. Add to this the fact that it has extremely low miles. comes with tire changing equipment. the like-new condition of the tires and 4 military batteries and you will have a complete package. When you see and drive this truck. I am sure you will be as pleased as I am. "
