That's the appeal this 1965 Shelby Cobra replica has even before you check out the performance-built 375 hp V 8 or the exceptional price.

This is a Factory Five body. and those in the know understand they exhibit what quality means.

And best of all. there's only about 7. 00 miles since this car was built from scratch.

And while the body may be iconic. the color scheme is something most people haven't seen before.

Traditionally chrome details like the like the roll hoop and jacking stubs are a glossy black on this Cobra.

Even the striping package gets in on this dark appearance.

Then again. this one doesn't need extra brightwork because the paint already shines so nicely.

There's been a large investment in the metallic silver to really make this Cobra stand out.

The total package is a mean machine that's both iconic and unique.

The interior definitely gets the Shelby attitude right with wrap-around leather buckets that feature four-point Simpson racing harnesses.

Plus. the three spoke wood steering wheel and forward bend gearstick are Cobra must-haves. The full Auto Meter gauge package is crisp and clear. so you always know where you stand on the street and track.

There's no radio. no heater. or no A/C this was built with the driving experience in mind. and nothing else needs to get in the way.

When you open the hood. you'll be excited to see the unmistakable head of fuel-injected Ford performance.

And as you dig deeper. you'll discover a seriously stout 306 cubic-inch V 8 crated by American Rod & Performance.

It has been fortified with go-fast goodies such as a Holley Syste Max full package (heads. camshaft. upper intake. & lower intake). 65 mm BBK throttle body. 1. 6 roller rockers. 24 lb injectors. aluminum pulleys. MSD Digital 6 Ignition. three-row radiator. and BBK shorty headers.

The full package is rated around 375 horsepower. and those thunderous side pipes let everyone know this is a big power machine. The monster motor feeds the Tremec TKO five-speed manual transmission with Zoom Kevlar racing clutch and a BBK short throw shifter.

Getting all of this to the ground is a stout 8. 8 rear end with a limited slip differential and 3. 73 gears for great all-around performance.

But all of this power is nothing without control.

That's why you have an adjustable coilover independent front suspension. stout trailing arm rear. front disc brakes. and modern Yokohama performance tires on ROH 17-inch wheels.

Vehicle may be sold by Streetside Classic Cars prior to the end of the auction. Streetside Classic Cars reserves the right to end its auctions early or to cancel bids solely at its discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.

The winning bidder is required to contact Streetside Classic Cars within 24 hours after the close of the auction to finalize the details of the transaction.

A $500 Paypal deposit is required immediately upon selecting the Buy-It-Now option. The $500 Paypal deposit is non-refundable as ending an e Bay auction and not buying the vehicle is very damaging to the seller. Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of Streetside Classic Cars and are not guaranteed.

If winning bidder does not contact Streetside Classic Cars and submit deposit within 48 hours of auction close. vehicle may be made available to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer on a first come. first serve basis.

For balance of payment we will accept bank wire transfer (preferred). cashier's check. or personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears).
