Still taxed till May 2014.

Mot expired about 4 months ago.

Bought as a Retirement Project. but holidays and inpending building project on the house and loss of garage . means I wont get round to looking at this till next year.

No rush to sell. putting feelers out to see if someone wants this project more than me.

Starts and runs. and stops. Was on the road till about 4 mths ago.

Advertised as a project. but everythings there. needs some panels welding in. but have them present and will pass on to sucsessful bidder.

Needs a front arch and step. supplied

Rear corner. supplied

Part of Cab floor. supplied.

Odd bits and pieces. Cross members need replacing or patching. not too expensive. seats recovering.

etc. Usual stuff they need.

Sills and jacking points are very sound. and had been replaced recently.

Alloys. need bit of refurbing. good tyres.

Also a roof rack. and Just Kampers cover.

Was featured in a book of Vw interiors a few years ago. y David Eccles. Vw Camper Inspirational Interiors. before the rust came through in a few places. and was insured with an agreed value of 10 k a few years ago. Pictures look really good. but since then there are some rough bits that need repairing. panels included. it is over 40 years old and is ripe for a restoration that will certainly add value to this vehicle.

Look around not too many left. 1500 sp engine runs fine. Looks clean. no end float.

Please arrange a viewing as this is 40 + years old. there will be things ive missed im sure. but this looks a very nice bus and a very good starting point.

Very good basis for a short project. everything is there. can only appreciate in value. Ive seen shells go for 8 k with loads of parts missing.

These Old busses are worth what someone will pay for one. hey are an investment. so please no ridiculous offers.
