1989 Mustang Saleen car #040 5 spd all original . grey interior. recaro seats 100% original interior (driver side seat bottom has a 1-1/2 in tear and both of the front seat are missing the squeeze pump for the bolster this the condition of the interior when i bought the vehicle) the vehicle has always been stored in a climate controlled garage. the vehicle has absolutely no rust at all. it has been painted once. the original owner had a cobra r fiberglass hood installed (this is the only body panel on the vehicle that is not original i DO NOT have the original hood) the a/c works but has a slow leak somewhere i just have it filled once at the begining of the summer (i didn't want to have it fixed because i really don't want to have any of the original parts changed. the power mirrors do not function properly (again not trying to have original parts replace). both sun visor need new bulb. this car still has the original saleen spark plug wires!!! this vehicle is registered in the saleen registry!!! the parts i changed on the vehicle are the following- the front and rear brake pads (the original pads were old and made an annoying squeeling noise. so i install OEM ford brake pads. and the original clutch fan started to go so installed an OEM ford clutch fan i reused the original fan blade) the paint job on the car is amazing !! no disappointments . the runs and drives like a brand new car.
