THE OVERVIEW
Offered for an appreciating new owner
is this classic 1974 Volkswagen Super Beetle bug!
Finished in yellow. great running 1. 6 liter four cylinder engine mated to the factory 4 speed transmission. original 15" wheels with chrome hubcaps and new tires. cd stereo. It is being sold with clean and clear Texas title in my name. Texas registration has expired
THE BODY AND TRIM
The exterior of this car is in quite good 99. 9% dry. clean rust-free overall condition.
The paint finish sports a very good overall shine. light cosmetic blemishes one would expect on a 40 plus year-old vehicle. Overall this is still one very eye-catching classic!
THE INTERIOR
As I hope is articulated in the photos here. the interior of this 1974 VW is in good to excellent overall condition with very nice door panels. working horn. lights and blinkers including excellent sound system.
The floor boards are very solid. carpet is in excellent condition. there are a couple of dash cracks. the seat upholstery is in excellent condition. the JVC AM/FM/CD stereo works nicely with excellent large speaker in the rear and the headliner is in excellent condition.
THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE
This 1974 Beetle starts easily with excellent running engine. nice shifting transmission. straight and true braking with good pedal feel. tight and responsive steering. crisp handling and taut ride. This is a still fun driving car!
