1935 WOLSELEY MAROON/BLACK for sale

The Wolseley Wasp was produced in 1935 and 1936 at the Ward End works in Birmingham and was an updated version of the Wolseley 9 introduced in 1934. It boasted a four cylinder 1. 00 cc overhead camshaft engine. four speed gearbox. hydraulic brakes and 12 volt electrics. Total production comprised only 5. 15 units.
For sale is this original example. which is used daily and with an MOT test certificate ( but now mot exempt) . The bodywork is generally sound although some attention is needed to the running boards. The paintwork is largely original but poor in places. The interior is again very original. and in reasonable condition considering its age. However. there is some wear in places which could benefit from a little attention. The engine was overhauled approximately eight years ago. and the rest of the mechanical and electrical equipment is in good working order . A replacement petrol tank has also been fitted at some time in the past.
The history file includes the RF 60 registration book. the V 5 C registration certificate. details of previous owners. photographs of work done on the engine and various invoices for work carried out. Also included is an original instruction manual. lubrication chart. wiring diagram and copy parts catalogue.
