This vehicle runs and drives and would be VERY special if someone were inclined to make it so. These are the cars that break the bank at Barrett Jackson when restored all the way. This particular example has the most desirable option set among all 1956 Goldenhawks ever produced. Only approximately 149 such examples were ever produced. This vehicle is equipped with the 352 Packard V8 with Carter WCFB 4bbl carb. 3 speed manual transmission with overdrive. 3. 27 rear axles. power steering. power windows. tinted glass. 6 tube pushbutton radio (restored and working). clock. backup lights. climatizer (heater). front seat belts. Also included in the sale is a COPY OF THE BUILD SHEET. The car has an older paint job in correct Sunglow Gold and Showcap White. Chrome is original and still presents well. There are some small areas of rust on the body that could easily be fixed. The floors. trunk. and frame are solid. The interior of the car needs restored. but has some components that are still in very nice and original condition. Overall this car could be freshened up very reasonably and would be a very nice cruiser. If someone was inclined they could go ALL THE WAY with a restoration. in which case the car could do well over $100k.
