So this is my truly gorgeous and gigantic 1962 CADILLAC Seden Deville 4 door pillarless coupe. This is my very own car. V5 in my name and I am the only keeper since it was shipped from a dry state in the USA in 2011. All taxes have been paid. it is UK registered. it has an MOT valid until the end of June 2014 and is also taxed until the end of June 2014. (this is obviously £0 as it is historic).

Finished in a very eye catching shade of dark metallic green with a lighter metallic green roof. Bodywork is very very presentable for a massive car. Chromework again as you can see is very presentable.
Brand new headlining was shipped from the U. S. A and has been fitted. Back seat is original and in very very good condition. Front seat is again original but not so good!!! Has splits in the fabric so is wearing a seat cover.

All 4 electric windows are working well and fast!!!! STUNNING LOOKING WHEN ALL 4 WINDOWS ARE DOWN TO CREATE THAT PILLARLESS DESIGN.
Front bench seat is electric AND WORKING JUST AS IT DID 51 YEARS AGO!!!

She drives very well indeed. Always keen to roar into life from her 3. 9cu/inch V8 beating heart. Just stick her in drive AND AWAY YOU CRUISE. just like a ginormous yacht!!!!!!
I have used this for 5 prom nights and 1 wedding. It really is the STAR of the ball xxxxxxxxxxx

Fitted from new with GUIDEMATIC which is the automatic headlight dipper whose electric eye sits on the dash looking like a BUCK ROGERS ray gun!!!! I dont know how well it works but it is a fantastic talking point!!!!
Fitted with its ORIGINAL AM radio by DELCO and factory electric aeriel. both not working but I am sure it wouldnt take much. It has never bothered me as I enjoy listening to her smooth purr!!

The power steering is so light you could drive this with just one finger. The gearchange is silky smooth and effortless from her original Hydra-Matic gearbox. She is built for cruising and admiring.
Soft Ray blue tinted windows are fitted which was an optional . IT IS NOT A TOY. IT IS LARGE!!!!
As I have stated and as you can see bodywork is very presentable. Minor bubbling of paint on the lower lip of the bonnet as I hope you can see. The other area is on the passeger side rear valance behind the rear wheel.

SO THERE YOU HAVE IT. If you are GENUINELY in the market for a 62 Cadillac ask yourself this.
Think of the expense of sourcing one as good in the States??? You have your flight to pay for to go and view. then if its no good what do you do then??? If it is good you will have to pay a figure very close to my reserve. then you have to get it back to the shipping port. more expense. Then you have to pay shipping costs. Then there will be some tax to pay in this country. Then you have to get it motd and registered in the UK before you can drive it!!
My one is ready NOW. No hassles.

Nice number plate to. it can either read 439Y  UK  or if you are doing any weddings. 439 YUK!!!!!!
