My Mehari replica. uilt her myself in 1980 on correct Diane chassis steel tank etc. The Diane had only covered 6000 miles and had never been Mot. d. The chassis has been oiled on a regular basis and is near perfect not even dents. till only 40900 miles. The car is very tidy just one or two scuffshood needs a bit of stitching could easily be done by hand(if I start I would probably keep her . Has new tyres inc spare. ew brake pipes. iscs n pads. Will be sorry to see her go been to big French rallies with her totally reliable would jump in and drive to scotland without a second thought. etter not say any more or I may talk myself ou of parting with her. I am restoring 2 more cars at the moment and driving a 68 renault 4. o many cars and getting a bit long in the tooth bout time to let a young blade have the Mehari thats if like abit of attention that is .
