Top class 1970 MGB 1798 cc Roadster
in Tartan Red.
This MG was the subject of a complete and thorough high quality restoration by a local marque specialsit in 1994 and has been owned by our family since. looked after fastidiously. driven sparingly but regularly. seeing little but the best weather and has lived in a dry dehumidified garage. It will stand any inspection and will delight any prospective purchaser. especially the superbly clean underside!
It has been maintained regardless of cost and is consequently mechanically excellent. The bodywork is superb along with the interior. which benefits from leather seats that look and feel as good as the day they were put in.
When the restoration was carried out. the engine was rebuilt by a local engine specialist and was fitted with a Kent fast road cam. it goes like a train and more than adequately keeps up with modern traffic. it offers effortless cruising at motorway speeds with the power and overdrive!
Complete with all the correct wet weather gear including Factory hard top. full tonneau and well fitting hood (currently fitted) with cover for when it's down
Mo T'd until June 14 th 2014 and is of course taxed (which is free)
